lisp/gnus/eww.el (eww): Prepend urls with  if scheme is missing
(eww-mode): Use `define-derived-mode'
(eww-parse-headers): Parse headers from beginning of buffer so that file:// links work
(eww-detect-charset): Detect charset from the <meta> tag
